Horseback Riding and Equestrian Center

Rarity Bay is the only Tellico Lake area community which offers an Equestrian Center and riding trails. The club facilities include: 9,000 sq. ft. barn, twenty 12 x 12 matted stalls, 14 ft. ceilings, pen windows with working shutters, fly spray system, drainage system, horse grip finish on walkway in barn, water in every stall, safety lighting throughout barn, a 175 x 160 ft. show arena that can accommodate most types of equine activity, round pen, riding trails, and a proposed clubhouse that will consist of a grille dining area, club lounge, tack shop, private function rooms, and patio area.
